The MC series of universal joints is made primarily from a specially formulated acetal resin and features zero backlash as its main characteristic. While typical joints absorb angles of 30 degrees for single and 60 degrees for double, this MC series can absorb angles of 45 degrees for single and 90 degrees for double. Additionally, the double type can accommodate a maximum misalignment of 15.5mm. It demonstrates its effectiveness in low-torque, precision fields such as instrumentation, control systems, and electromechanical applications. The MCM type is a set screw type with a metal insert.
